That tall handsome ginger in the back row is our son, Joel! He is 15 in this picture, and 4 months after we took it he was diagnosed with Leukemia. He was so brave, spending several months in the hospital for almost 2 years, never forgetting to thank a nurse in spite of fever, pain and nausea. When Joel was 10 he learned about children dying due to lack of clean water in Africa, and tearfully asked if he could give all of his money in his piggy bank to them. When Joel was 16, and the second round of chemo failed to stop his relapsed Leukemia, he asked me how to make a will. The outcome? All of the money he had saved for college would go to building a well for clean water in Africa. This is how we contiue the legacy of Joel Seiler, by fuding wells with WWFA. Life is precious, and kids should not have to die. The lack of access to clean water needs to be remedied, so they can live. Be part of the remedy.

Create a login, and once on your new page add your photo & some words to inspire your friends and family to join you by donating to this worthy cause. Then share your page's link via email and social media to raise funds for a water well! To pay for a complete new well you'll want to raise US $8,000, and if you do, we'll contact you to find out the words you'd like on your dedication plaque that gets affixed to the water well.
