After going on many international mission trips, we've had the opportunity to see that millions of people live without even the most basic necessities. 
Even during the covid pandemic, the majority of Americans have at least some type of access to clean drinking water for ourselves and our families.
Could you imagine if starting today, you had to walk for 3 hours to go collect buckets of dirty water for your family?  Where would you get the time?  Many of the women in Africa do this daily.  They miss community activities and younger women miss being able to go to school.  The families end up with many waterborn diseases that can be fatal. 
Providing clean water for people is something that's been on our hearts for a long time.  We are finally ready to do something about it.  We've partnered with Water Wells for Africa and have an ambitious goal of being able to raise $32,000 by June 2021 to build 4 wells in rural parts of Malawi which could provide clean water for up to 8000 people.

If you're creating your own page: It's easy! First, think about a fundraising goal that's reachable. You can always increase your goal later! Click on the "Create my Wishing Well" button below. Create a login, and once on your new page add your photo & some words to inspire your friends and family to join you by donating to this worthy cause. Then share your page's link via email and social media to raise funds for a water well! To pay for a complete new well you'll want to raise US $8,000, and if you do, we'll contact you to find out the words you'd like on your dedication plaque that gets affixed to the water well.
